Shipping Policy

NOTE: DUE TO OUR LARGE INVENTORY, WE HAVE MULTIPLE WAREHOUSE HOLDINGS
AND THEREFORE ORDERS WILL ARRIVE INDIVIDUALLY.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your item.
It may take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the
mainland). For some European countries may take up to 30 days to receive your item. Please
contact us if it has been more than 45 days and you have not received your item.
Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled
within 2-3 days.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be
provided when you order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam!)
Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING TIME. Please note for some very high
demand items it may take 2-4 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME due to reproduction and restocking
depending on your shipping location. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no
additional shipping charges. Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only
allowed up to 24 hours from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or
change the order.
We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your emails address when we receive them
from our carriers.
In most cases, tracking will be available. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to
unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We thank you for your patience in these

How long does it take to ship my item(s)?
Please allow 10-20 business days to receive your item(s). Please be aware that shipping may
take longer for countries outside the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and its territories). For some

European countries, it may take up to 40 regular days to receive your item(s). Please contact us
if it has been more than 40 days and you have not received your item(s). Items may be shipped
in separate packages with no additional shipping charges.
When will my order be fulfilled?
Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled
within 2-3 business days.
Will I be sent an email confirmation?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you have completely placed your order. In
addition, another email will be provided to you once your order has been processed and
shipped (Please remember to check your spam folder!)
Am I able to cancel or change my order?
Cancellation of your order or any changes to your order will only be allowed within 24 hours
from your initial order time. Once the 24 hour time frame has passed, we are not able to cancel
or change the order.
Am I able to change my shipping address after my order has been place?
There is only a small window of opportunity for an address change. Please email us within 24
hours of your order to change your address.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Tracking numbers will be sent for your packages to the email address provided upon order
placement when we receive them from our carriers. In most cases, tracking will be available. At
times shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods.
